What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities where I can run reliable network operations—handling incidents, coordinating dispatch, and meeting SLAs—while also using my programming skills to improve reporting, workflows, and operational automation.

I coordinate daily dispatch operations for Savannah Fibre’s FTTH installations, maintenance, and fault resolution across multiple clusters—scheduling client appointments, tracking work orders in real time, and keeping teams on track with daily closure targets.

Previously, as a NOC Assistant at Fireside Communications, I monitored FTTH network performance and service availability, managed incident tracking and escalations, and coordinated with field technicians and engineering teams to resolve fiber connectivity faults.

Alongside telecom operations, I build client websites and troubleshoot performance using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I’m currently working through a Codecademy Full Stack Developer Program.
