Diagnose and repair fiber optic network faults using OTDR, light sources, and power meters to minimize downtime and improve network performance. Install, splice, and maintain fiber infrastructure, configure last-mile CPE devices, and document splice logs while coordinating with NOC and clients.

Handle warehouse and logistics tasks including organizing storage, labeling/pricing items, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance. Support deliveries and customer orders by preparing stock accurately and assisting with loading and unloading shipments.
