At KROGER CO. — DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, I led execution of the Ship-to-Home e-commerce platform, a $1B-scale initiative, and directed a globally distributed team of approximately 80 people and five vendors. I also led selection and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, replacing an unsupported legacy platform with a cloud solution delivered on time and on budget.
