I am a Technical Solutions Engineer with hands-on experience configuring and customizing Epic software to meet clinical and operational requirements for large health systems. I serve as a subject-matter expert for Care Everywhere and EpicCare Link, delivering technical support, end-user training, and monitoring high-volume server environments.

I have led functional areas by advising on development design, authoring internal documentation, developing reusable code for scalable solutions, and partnering across teams to resolve privacy, security, and patient-safety escalations. I have partnered with HR on hiring efforts and mentored new hires and peers to support onboarding and professional development.

My background includes engineering co-op experience supporting design analysis and testing, plus leadership founding and running a professional engineering organization. I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and bring a blend of technical, client-facing, and leadership skills to roles focused on healthcare technology implementation and support.
