Situation: Servicing Application and Technician Handhelds inefficient, slow and outdated.

Task: Modernize the core servicing application and mobile devices. Deploy to all technicians.

Action: I managed an Enterprise Application Program to upgrade handhelds to mobile devices. Developed and deployed a new mobile app to 3000 technicians.

Result: realized $3 million annualized savings in cost avoidance and productivity gains.

Situation: Sitecore CMS provider difficult to manage and integrate and maintain in bank applications and costing $2 million per annum.

Task: Replace CMS provider with Contentful and Outsystems.

Action: I delivered a complex software development project, replacing Sitecore in all bank applications.

Result: Realized $2 million annualized savings.

Situation: Need to market and deploy a new company innovation for a Connected Pest Control System.

Task: Create and deliver a new Marketing Plan and Deploy Pest Connect to all North American Customers.

Action: I successfully managed a Marketing and Innovations program, including project planning, risk management, deployment trials and launch.

Result: Realized $750,000 new revenue.

Situation: Financial Management System inefficient and difficult to use.

Task: Update the FMIS to Certinia Financial Force, with Salesforce integration.

Action: I delivered Certinia Financial Force into the organization, managing Salesforce consultants and internal teams
