At BTS Africa, I manage assessment administration, data consolidation, quality assurance, reporting, answer memoranda, and online evaluation setup for large-scale assessment projects.

I've consolidated and validated 141+ CSV exports into single reporting datasets, identified inconsistencies and anomalies, and worked with project stakeholders to resolve data-quality issues while keeping delivery on schedule. I also support online platform testing, digitise paper-based evaluations, and complete quality checks before assessments launch.

My experience also includes process-adherence assessments across Woolworths distribution centres in Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, and Cape Town.

Earlier in my career, I worked in commodity trading and held banking roles at Nedbank, including relationship management and electronic banking sales. Across more than 30 years, I've built a reputation for accuracy, structured problem-solving, clear stakeholder communication, and reliable delivery.
