I am a seasoned professional with a background in investment banking and insurance, with deep experience in business analysis, systems support, administration/operations, process improvement, project coordination, and training & development. Across financial services environments, I gathered and documented requirements, supported Waterfall and SCRUM environments, and contributed to system improvements.
