I’m looking for opportunities in data analytics, data science, IT management, business analysis, or technology operations—where I can deliver measurable insights, run reliable systems, and collaborate across stakeholders to improve processes.

I’m a technology and data professional with a BSc in Computer Science and Honours in Computing, combining data analytics, IT infrastructure, systems administration, and digital operations. I translate technical work into practical outcomes—improving processes, strengthening governance, and driving measurable performance.

In my current role, I lead the design, development, and administration of digital learning solutions within a corporate environment, managing the full lifecycle of the LearnDash LMS. I customise and maintain the platform, troubleshoot and optimise performance, manage user accounts and data security, and integrate the LMS with HR systems, CRM tools, and enterprise applications.

I also track learner progress and generate compliance and training effectiveness reporting, turning advanced insights into actionable recommendations. Beyond LMS administration, I run instructional design projects—from needs assessments and storyboards to course content development—coordinating stakeholders and aligning timelines across teams and vendors.

Previously, I oversaw end-to-end operations and IT for a remote education organisation, managing infrastructure, user administration, network oversight, and reporting that informed leadership decisions. Earlier experience included IT consulting and Microsoft 365 support, as well as HR administration—strengthening my ability to balance technical delivery with operational discipline.
