What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can build Power BI reporting, drive process optimisation and data governance, collaborate with HR and stakeholders, automate workflows, and grow my technical and leadership skills.

I am a data analyst with a focus on data visualisation, reporting and process optimisation, using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency. I turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

At Santam I build and maintain Power BI dashboards for stakeholders, prepare employee reports for Exco, and collaborate with business teams to deliver analytical solutions. I also drive process improvements, automate manual work, and contribute to the build and roll-out of data governance within HR.

Previously, I worked as a Learning Data Analyst supporting learning programme and culture analysis, SAP capturing and a range of reporting tasks. My earlier role as Training Coordinator gave me practical experience managing training facilities, supporting trainers, and producing team reports, surveys and budgets.

I hold business and honours degrees and a Higher Certificate in Project Management, plus an NQF 5 in Business Analysis Support Practice. I bring advanced Excel and Power BI skills, strong data cleaning, transformation and reporting experience, and a commitment to driving measurable improvements in business performance.
