I’m looking for a fast-paced, remote environment where I can own AR/RCM workflows—following up claims, posting payments accurately, and resolving billing issues—while delivering a positive patient/customer experience and consistently meeting performance goals.

I’m a bilingual professional with over two years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, and customer service. I manage insurance claims and billing workflows with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance, including payment posting, claim follow-ups, and resolving billing issues.

In my current role as an RCM & AR Specialist, I manage accounts receivable within the Revenue Cycle Management process. I resolve outstanding invoices, follow up on unpaid claims, contact insurance companies to secure reimbursements, and ensure timely, accurate payment for services provided to patients.
