At Momentum Marketerz, I built the agency's GoHighLevel setup from scratch, including pipelines, automated workflows, funnels, and calendars. I manage client relationships and sub-accounts for home service contractors; six clients have been onboarded, with one lost.

I built an At Risk client pipeline and saved an account by launching a low-budget Meta campaign when Google calls stopped. I also created a master snapshot template and rebuilt lead-routing workflows, documenting the system in a 33-page SOP.

I founded ServSheets Pro, a restaurant operations system with three integrated Google Apps Script tools for checklists, staff onboarding and training, and cost tracking. Before that, I owned and operated three multi-million-dollar restaurant concepts, leading employees and managing daily operations.
