What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply and develop skills in policy planning, management, research, data handling, and analysis; contribute to interdisciplinary teams; gain hands-on experience; and work in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

I am a Master's student in Foreign Policy and Crisis Management with a Bachelor's in International Relations, driven to expand my knowledge, sharpen my skills, and gather meaningful practical experience. I combine academic training from Budapest University of Economics and Business and Babeș-Bolyai University with internships in corporate banking and software process analysis, plus local government fieldwork.

I bring strengths in critical analysis, interdisciplinary evaluation, negotiation, planning, management and clear written and oral communication, and I am eager to contribute these skills to a team where I can apply and further develop them in real-world policy, management, or research roles.
