I currently work as a Data Quality Analyst at Crowley, where I combine manual testing, data analysis, and process and automated testing to ensure software quality and optimization. I’ve led and collaborated with teams to strengthen reliability from planning through execution, with a focus on practical, measurable outcomes.

In my Quality Assurance Analyst experience, I utilized JIRA for bug tracking and supported process improvement and project management work to improve delivery quality. I achieved a 40% reduction in post-release defects through meticulous regression testing, supported by structured, repeatable testing practices.

I bring continuous improvement training through Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma certifications, and I apply best practices to improve testing processes and operational performance.
