I am an enthusiastic support worker experienced in fast-paced, client-focused environments, dedicated to person-centred care and resolving complaints while delivering dependable support services.

I currently support individuals with a wide range of learning needs, including autism and complex behaviours, providing individualized care, medication administration, tenancy support and guidance under Person Centred Plans.

I hold a Master of Arts in Architectural Studies (Concentration: Urban Design & Sustainability) and a BSc in Architectural Design Technology, which strengthened my research, planning and documentation skills; I am also pursuing an IT learning program and have a good knowledge of computers.

I am punctual, adaptable and have acted as a team leader managing shifts and staff duties across healthcare and educational settings; I seek roles where I can apply my care experience, leadership and growing IT skills within a supportive, development-focused team.
