In BPO roles, I’ve served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Seller Support at Amazon, providing advisory support to sellers on Amazon policies and best practices. I resolved product and account issues related to FBA, FBM, and IIDP, and coordinated with internal teams to ensure timely case resolution.

I’ve also delivered Technical Support for Ring security devices, guiding customers through installation and configuration while diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity issues. I focus on accurate, safety-conscious support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Beyond technical and seller support, I’ve worked as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Support and an E-commerce Virtual Assistant. I onboarded clients onto Amazon and Walmart platforms, managed and optimized product listings across marketplaces, handled compliance requirements, and supported wholesale and dropshipping operations—backed by disciplined data entry, product research, and careful administrative documentation.
