At B INSTA CLEAN d.o.o., Connecting Dots j.d.o.o. and Štajerec Global d.o.o., I run operations across three companies, organizing work for up to 100 employees at around 20 sites. I joined when the companies’ survival was in question and focused on reorganizing the business, reducing costs and securing profitable contracts.
I lead hiring from sourcing through the final decision, and have completed more than 100 hires. I also manage onboarding and work permit procedures for more than 150 foreign workers, while handling HR documentation and reviewing payroll calculations.
At ADMIRAL.HR, I progressed from Operator to Branch Manager. I turned a loss-making branch profitable, increased its turnover by approximately 50%, and opened a new branch that reached around €3 million in annual revenue in its second year.
