At LightFire Partners Caribbean, I provide direct support to the Senior Director of Operations across Operations and Facilities, with additional support to HR and recruiting as needed. I coordinate purchasing for day-to-day workplace needs and plan internal events, including management meetings and staff functions.
At Regus, I managed clients’ office and workspace needs, maintained client records, and supported subscription payments and service add-ons. I also tracked purchases and stock and handled vendor, payment, and invoice records.
Earlier, I worked in insurance sales at Caribbean Assurance Brokers and Guardian Life Limited, explaining coverage options, preparing tailored proposals, and following up with clients. My experience also includes automotive sales, customer service, research administration, and a Master of Science in Marketing.
