What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into Customer Success or Customer Onboarding in technology or SaaS, where I can apply my B2B account support, technical problem-solving, relationship management, and English communication skills.

I support B2B customer accounts in complex technical environments, helping customers move from needs discovery and product evaluation through implementation. My experience includes serving Nissan, JATCO, Bosch, Triumph Group, and Peiyuan.

At AHNSA Tools, I manage 10–15 accounts, coordinate quotations and orders, recommend products, and follow projects through to workable customer outcomes. I bring together customer engineers, internal administrative teams, and tool manufacturers to resolve issues and keep projects moving.

I delivered an improvement project that resolved recurring tool breakage, improving process stability and increasing tool life by 50%. I also present new technologies at industry expos and develop small-business customers through direct outreach and relationship building.

With an Automotive Engineering degree and C2 English, I’m transitioning my customer-facing technical background into Customer Success or Customer Onboarding in technology or SaaS.
