I've built and scaled operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, procurement, and vendor management functions for Vande Group, Distacart, Amazon, HSBC, and a hospitality startup. Across cross-border eCommerce, banking, and hospitality, I've led global teams of 150+ and managed operations across India, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, North America, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.

At Amazon, I delivered INR 70 million in annual savings through supply chain, logistics, and vendor process optimization. I've held P&L accountability for six-plus years, managed USD 5–10 million operating budgets, and use governance, automation, SOPs, KPIs, and service improvements to create reliable customer and operational outcomes.
