What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time remote support role where patience, written communication, and a technical eye count. I’m available to start immediately and can overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.

At a tile and mosaic factory, I advised customers, followed their orders through delivery, and handled questions and complaints on the spot. I coordinated with the production team to meet promised delivery dates.

Since 2025, I’ve built and published websites and a web app using Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript. My published audit of a U.S. company’s homepage lists ten issues, their business impact, and fixes. I’m comfortable troubleshooting websites and communicating clearly in writing in English and Spanish.
