What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my communication, technical support, web, and project management skills in a remote-friendly role supporting users and improving digital operations.

I've led Grupo Lapislázuli's consolidation of two physical stores into one location while implementing a unified online sales platform to improve operations and customer experience.

I provide day-to-day technical support, train staff on digital tools, and use agile practices to monitor workloads, deadlines, and team progress. Previously, I managed store operations, inventory, budgets, suppliers, customer service, and a multi-person team for over a decade.

I've also developed WordPress websites at Britt Creative, collected web data for FoodStyles, and supported web development students at CoderHouse. I work comfortably in remote environments and communicate fluently in English and native Spanish.
