I am an Operations and Manufacturing leader with 11+ years of experience at Continental Tires, where I have progressed from engineering and technical roles into plant and global leadership positions.

Throughout my career, I have focused on improving business performance by combining data analysis, structured problem-solving, process improvement, and people leadership. One of my key achievements was leading initiatives that reduced annual out-of-yield costs from approximately €550K to zero within 18 months, while establishing sustainable processes to maintain the results. In a global role, I supported teams across multiple manufacturing sites, developed and standardized best practices, led complex troubleshooting activities, and contributed to initiatives generating tens of millions in cost savings.

My experience spans operations management, operational excellence, quality, yield optimization, continuous improvement, strategy execution, and cross-functional leadership. I particularly enjoy analyzing complex problems, identifying opportunities through data, developing solutions, and working with teams to turn those solutions into measurable results.

Having built a strong foundation in manufacturing, I am also interested in expanding my career into broader Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Performance, Transformation, and Strategy & Operations roles. I am especially interested in positions where I can combine analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and business decision-making rather than being limited to a purely technical or manufacturing environment.

I have significant international experience, including global responsibilities at Continental, professional experience in Germany, and an engineering exchange program in France. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, with advanced French (C1) and upper-intermediate Spanish (B2). I am also a dual US and Brazilian citizen and am particularly open to global and remote opportunities where my international background and cross-cultural experience can add value.
