I’m a detail-oriented Junior Recruiter and Marketing Operations Support professional with 2+ years of part-time experience supporting full-cycle recruiting coordination, lead generation, outreach automation, and marketing operations in the technology staffing space.
I help teams source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, jobboards, referrals, and internal databases—then support resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate stage updates, and offer coordination using Workable ATS. I’m also comfortable executing candidate outreach via email, phone, text, and messaging platforms following established templates and communication guidelines.
On the marketing operations side, I support outreach execution and deliverability setup with Smartlead (domain setup, inbox warming, and sequence support), enrichment and lead workflows with Clay.com, and automation of repetitive admin tasks with TaskMagic. I’m currently seeking a full-time or part-time remote opportunity where I can build on this foundation with strong mentorship and grow into a more senior role over time.
