What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a suitable support opportunity, including remote roles, where I can help users resolve technical issues.

At AI SPORT AFRICA, I provide day-to-day technical and customer support, troubleshooting user issues through to resolution.

I manage support requests in Freshdesk and document follow-ups and communication. I also provide remote support, guiding users through technical issues in clear, practical language.

I troubleshoot PCs, Windows systems, hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and network issues. I prepare, test, deploy, and maintain equipment and systems for live sporting events.

For events, I perform software testing, camera calibration, and pre-event system checks, then provide on-site technical support. I’m available immediately for suitable opportunities, including remote roles.
