What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer or technical support role where I can help users resolve issues remotely, communicate clearly across channels, and continue developing my IT support and troubleshooting skills.

I support customers for Uniwasher Costa Rica across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business, answering questions, managing direct messages, following up on inquiries, and helping maintain the company’s online presence.

I also provide freelance remote IT support for business and healthcare users at Miguel Cruz y Asociados and Clínica Victoria. I troubleshoot connectivity, system access, software, installation, configuration, and day-to-day technical issues through Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, phone, and RDP.

I bring hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, networking, VPNs, SSH, VMware, and customer communication in Spanish and English.
