At Infor Japan, I manage the employee lifecycle for approximately 120 employees, coordinating onboarding, mobility, promotions, exits, contracts, HRIS updates, and visa processes. I work across Japan, global HR, Finance, IT, and shared services to make hiring transitions smoother and more compliant.

I've helped modernize HR operations through digitized onboarding and offboarding, bilingual documentation, ServiceNow implementation, vendor coordination, and standardized HRIS workflows. My work improves data accuracy, cross-border coordination, and the employee experience for new hires and global transfers.

Before Infor, I was a Principal Consultant at Tenth Revolution Group's Washington Frank brand, where I owned the full recruitment lifecycle and became a top-billing consultant in Japan. I ranked in the top three billers in Japan and top 10 across APAC, billing more than JPY 30 million in FY2023–2024 while building an ERP technology recruitment desk.

My background also includes education, training, digital transformation, and large-scale program coordination in Kobe. Fluent in Japanese, I bring practical knowledge of Japanese labour law, payroll inputs, immigration procedures, stakeholder management, and people-focused process improvement.
