I’m a results-driven Recruitment Consultant with experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and client management across multiple industries, including the IoT and semiconductor sectors. I’m multilingual and enjoy building strong, cross-cultural relationships with both clients and candidates.

In my current role in Tokyo, I manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior-level professionals across manufacturing industries, including SaaS & EDA. I’ve completed 12+ permanent placements, maintained an average of 15–20 candidate interviews per week, and built and managed a talent pipeline of 300+ qualified candidates.

I also support hiring strategy through market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis. I develop relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers across Japanese and international organizations, and I negotiate offers to achieve a high offer acceptance rate while driving recruitment revenue through successful placements and repeat business.

Previously at Hays Recruitment Japan, I specialized in recruiting electronics and technology professionals across Japan, handling the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement. I conducted 20–30 candidate interviews and screening calls per month and built a network of 500+ semiconductor professionals through direct sourcing and industry networking—while consistently identifying passive candidates for specialized engineering and management roles.
