I’m a talent acquisition leader with 10+ years of experience across large, highly matrixed global technology organizations. I partner with executive-level stakeholders to align hiring outcomes with business priorities using data and market insights.

My background spans full cycle recruitment, talent strategy, TA transformation, and recruitment analytics—improving the hiring lifecycle, customer satisfaction, and DEI outcomes. I’m known for a thoughtful, collaborative leadership style and a strong learning mindset, especially when adopting new sourcing approaches and assessment tools.

In my most impactful work, I’ve led technology hiring for mid-to-senior roles across software engineering, cognitive computing (AI/NLP/ML), cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital initiatives. I’ve built geographically dispersed recruiting teams through performance management, capacity planning, and capability building, while owning recruitment metric dashboards like time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity ratios, and hiring demand.

I also focus on candidate experience and strategic program delivery—expanding recruitment effectiveness by identifying new recruitment tech stacks and improving interview workflows. I led diversity hiring strategy, increasing diverse representation (especially women in tech) from 5% to 27%, and collaborated closely across HR, Finance, and business units to deliver consistent, measurable results.
