I seek a customer-focused role where I can apply technical support, digital banking knowledge, and creative skills to improve user experience and grow professionally.

I am a customer-focused Information Center Specialist with hands-on experience supporting digital banking, troubleshooting member issues across email, chat, and phone, and promoting digital products to improve user experience. I combine strong verification and fraud-reporting practices with a consistent record of meeting sales and outbound contact goals.

With a BFA in Illustration and Design, I bring creative problem-solving and content management skills to technical support roles, including experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and multiple contact-center platforms. I have also performed administrative duties handling data entry, invoicing, and regulatory correspondence.

I am dependable, security-minded, and focused on educating members on self-service options while identifying opportunities for product adoption that benefit both members and the organization.
