What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my project leadership, digital transformation, CRM and ERP implementation experience to technology initiatives where I can deliver quality results, drive innovation and improve project processes.

I've led IT projects at Devel Group, Konecta, Arrendamos ya S.A.S. and Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors and internal stakeholders from project kickoff through final delivery.

I manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, documentation and project execution plans, while tracking commitments, deliverables and KPIs. My work includes CRM and ERP implementations, digital transformation initiatives, requirements analysis, solution design, certified deliveries and continuous improvement with PMO teams.

I'm focused on delivering quality technology projects efficiently, supporting innovation and ensuring teams and stakeholders stay aligned throughout execution.
