What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, administrative coordination, customer support, or project coordination role where I can improve workflows, maintain accurate information, support stakeholders, and help teams deliver reliable day-to-day operations.

At Church of the Nazarene, I coordinate daily administrative operations, schedules, communications, records, program activities, and event logistics.

I designed and implemented an operational coordination system supporting 11 churches and more than 50 stakeholders, improving workflow efficiency and visibility across teams. I also coordinate administrative operations and program logistics across five teams and 35 people, strengthening communication, accountability, and follow-through.

Previously at Grandmark International, I maintained inventory records, processed orders and stock documentation, prepared movement and discrepancy reports, and coordinated stock information across departments.

I bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to operational support, using CRM, reporting, collaboration, and project-management tools to keep work organized and teams informed.
