What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote customer support, client success, or account roles with international companies that pay in USD, where I can serve clients in English across time zones.

I provide English-language client support online through video, chat, and email, managing onboarding, scheduling, follow-up, and written communication end to end.

At Ecolab, I was the primary commercial contact for B2B clients across Maranhão, Piauí, and parts of Ceará and Pará, combining account management, technical support, and training to meet service targets. I also managed advertising accounts at Jornal O Imparcial and Aqui MA.

My background includes time-critical English radio communication for incoming ships at the Port of São Luís and nationwide training for Vivo customer-facing teams. I work fluently in English, natively in Portuguese, and have intermediate Spanish.
