What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can build trusted client relationships, solve issues proactively, support retention and account growth, and use my English, Portuguese, and Spanish communication skills.

I've progressed from groundman to lineman and crew supervisor in telecommunications, building a reputation for reliable delivery, quality standards, and client-facing field operations.

At ITG Communications, I serve as the primary point of contact for a prime contractor, coordinate on-site crews, provide timely documentation, and resolve field issues before they affect the relationship or production targets.

Previously at Quanta Services, I led subcontractor crews and maintained strong prime-contractor relationships through above-standard quality, helping earn continued and expanded work assignments. I communicate fluently in English and Portuguese, with conversational Spanish, to support customers across North America and Latin America.
