At Blue Shield of California, I coordinated enterprise security platform migrations, DLP controls, IAM/PAM initiatives, and cross-functional implementation work spanning Security, Infrastructure, IAM, Desktop Engineering, Help Desk, and business teams.

I turn complex systems, data, processes, dependencies, and people into practical paths forward. My work includes data mapping, relationship modeling, migration-wave planning, implementation readiness, QA, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and governance across platforms including SailPoint, ServiceNow, Archer GRC, NetApp, and SharePoint.

I served as a primary knowledge owner for more than 14 years of enterprise NetApp data architecture and as a risk and audit liaison supporting SOC 2, NIST 800-53, and PCI-related requirements. I also formalized Server Operations workflows, supported ServiceNow implementation, and led data migration efforts from planning through validation.

More recently, I built an integrated client intake, order-tracking, and invoicing workflow for a small photo-editing business using Google Forms, Sheets, Docs, Apps Script, and AI-assisted development. I’m pursuing fully remote Senior Systems Analyst, Technical Migration, and DLP/Data Governance opportunities.
