I've led multi-site healthcare operations across FLOW Therapy, PDS Health, Flower Mound Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center, and Animal Dermatology Referral Clinic. My work spans patient access, revenue cycle performance, clinic launches, financial oversight, and operational standardization.

At FLOW Therapy, I was asked by the CEO to return in leadership roles focused on improving operational efficiency and accelerating revenue growth. I led patient access across multiple clinics, standardized workflows, optimized referrals and scheduling, established KPIs, and helped launch a new Gainesville, Georgia clinic.

At PDS Health, I directed non-clinical operations across South DFW dental practices, coaching Operations Managers and office leaders while using financial and operational data to improve profitability, cost control, scalability, and patient experience.

I've also led emergency veterinary hospital operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, billing, and facility management. Across my roles, I build accountable teams and turn growth strategy into repeatable, data-driven processes.
