What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow into a Cloud Engineer role where I can build secure, scalable AWS environments, strengthen my architecture and automation skills, and continue learning in the cloud space.

At Nicklaus Children's Health System, I deliver Tier 2 client support, manage Spectralink mobile devices for 500+ enterprise endpoints, and support executive AV environments for high-stakes meetings.

I've contributed to end-to-end IT deployments, including Windows imaging, software installation, peripheral configuration, and asset management using SCCM, MDT, and PXE. I also provide remote support through Bomgar, Remote Desktop, and TeamViewer, helping reduce incident resolution time by 20% on average.

Previously at The Setai, Miami Beach, I maintained hotel network infrastructure, resolved 95% of issues on first contact, and supported guest-facing Wi-Fi, smart TVs, VoIP, POS, and key card systems.

I'm AWS Certified as a Solutions Architect Associate and Cloud Practitioner, and I'm building hands-on AWS projects with EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, and CloudWatch as I grow into a Cloud Engineer role.
