I’m an active and enterprising person who looks for business opportunities to develop professionally. I’m detail-oriented and self-taught when it comes to obtaining new knowledge and skills, and I enjoy turning curiosity into real results—whether in creative work or day-to-day operations.

From 2022 to 2024, I rendered services as an agent for Lyft, assisting users through chat, social media, and e-mail with service and account-related concerns. From 2024 to 2026, I worked as an RCM Specialist handling cash posting: manually and electronically posting hospital payments to patient accounts, resolving payer mismatches, managing intraday payments, tackling undistributed workqueue and lockboxes, and handling late charges and adjusting incorrect claims in the system. I studied Technology in Creative Management and Production for Visual Practices, building a strong foundation that supports my work as a visual artist.
