At Healthprime, I managed Accounts Receivable across the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle, working with athenahealth and EPIC. I followed up on claims, posted payments, and handled denials and appeals.
I reviewed ERA/EOB documentation and researched denied or unpaid claims to identify root causes and support corrective actions. I worked with government and commercial payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, VA, TRICARE, Humana, BCBS, Aetna, Sentara, and UHC.
I also automated elements of recurring performance reporting and supported new-hire training as a Subject Matter Expert. Before Healthprime, I assisted customers at Foundever (Cash App) and IntouchCX (Spark Delivery) through chat and email.
