I am a passionate and dedicated customer service representative with over 10 years of experience in the field. My journey began in 2015 at Rainoil Limited, where I honed my skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and customer relations. I take pride in my ability to connect with customers and provide them with the best possible service, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns addressed.

Throughout my academic career, I consistently ranked in the top 5 of my class and was recognized as the outgoing best male student. My involvement in the school art club and various extracurricular activities has helped me develop strong teamwork and leadership skills. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Enugu State University of Science and Technology, which further enhances my understanding of business operations and customer engagement.
