I seek a role where I can scale D2C brands using data-driven paid media and video strategies, mentor teams, and lead creative-growth initiatives within a results-focused, collaborative company.

I am an e-commerce and YouTube strategist focused on scaling D2C brands through performance marketing and creative video strategies. I manage high-budget Google Ads accounts and run full-funnel paid and organic video campaigns that drive traffic, conversions and subscriber growth.

At a hyper-specialized e-commerce agency I managed Google Ads for over 90 D2C brands with budgets up to €5,000/day and helped grow the client portfolio from 14 to 90, supporting 150+ active webshops. I also strategize and execute Meta, TikTok and Pinterest campaigns and provide CRO, feed and supplier advice for fast-scaling stores.

Previously, I delivered profitable Google Shopping and Search campaigns, optimizing margin and achieving strong ROI for multiple clients, and developed full-funnel YouTube strategies that generated 40M+ views and 500k+ subscribers for A-brands. I coordinate creative production, data reporting and format development grounded in algorithm insights.
