As a recruiter i am responsible for

• Manage the recruitment processes (end-to-end),
• Search and screen candidates from various sources,
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, supporting hiring managers during their interviews,
• Recruiting candidates from different countries and regions (e.g. Poland, CIS, West Europe, South America),
• Present and negotiate job-offer terms and conditions to candidates, present a c

• Conduct the recruitment processes (end-to-end) using different and innovative sourcing channels and methodologies,
• Source and pre-qualify candidates that match requirements,
• Acting as single point of contact for hiring managers, responsibility for regular updates and communication about projects, understanding and collecting recruiting needs and requirements,
