What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deliver end-to-end recruitment that meets business needs while providing candidates with a positive, professional experience. Over time, I aim to specialize in IT and international recruitment and deepen my understanding of technology roles and the tech talent market.

At P&P Solutions, I handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT specialists and conduct complex Boolean searches.

At BSH Home Appliences, I managed internship recruitment and standardized the process to improve efficiency. I recruited 15 IT interns within 1.5 months and conducted active sourcing for IT and procurement specialists.

I also supported international recruitment processes, onboarding, career fairs, and employer branding at BSH Home Appliences. My goal is to deliver end-to-end recruitment that meets business needs and gives candidates a positive experience, while growing my knowledge of technology roles and the tech talent market.
