At Hopebridge, I implement ABA programs with BCBA oversight, record behavioral data, and coordinate with stakeholders to uphold client schedules. I also work with parents and caregivers on client progress.

At Kyocare, I implemented Vineland Assessments and analyzed and wrote initial and reassessment reports. I oversaw client cases through parent trainings, BT overlaps, and program updates.

At Kyocare, I managed new hires and RBTs to support their career development, facilitated team events, and coordinated supplies and release-of-information processes. I was regionally acknowledged as Behavioral Therapist of the Month for incorporating high learning opportunities and building rapport with client families.
