I am seeking a bilingual role that leverages my interpretation and HR experience—ideally in a collaborative, service-oriented team with growth opportunities.

I am a bilingual (Portuguese/Spanish/English) customer service and HR professional with extensive experience in interpretation and human resources operations. I have worked as an independent interpreter for Brazilian and European Portuguese, and I have supported HR functions including benefits management, onboarding, and scheduling.

My interpretation work spans medical appointments, court and 911 calls, school and corporate meetings, and travel/border interactions, demonstrating accuracy and composure in high-stakes situations. In HR roles I managed benefits, timekeeping, new-hire documentation, recruiting support, and manager reporting.
