Isabela Purcey

I am a trilingual human resources professional and experienced caregiver with more than six years in HR and a strong background in client care.

In the United States Air Force I served as Lead Human Resource Administrator, processing 1,200+ files, administering benefits and relocations, resolving compliance issues for 350+ members, and providing virtual HR services to global personnel; I was selected Airman of the Year in 2009.

At Home Instead I have managed recruitment, onboarding, billing and payroll—processing payroll twice monthly, generating invoices, updating tax and direct deposit forms, conducting performance evaluations, and stepping in for client-facing and scheduling duties as needed.

I am fluent in English, Spanish and Q’anjob’al, have hands-on CNA and caregiving experience, translation/interpretation experience, HR and HIPPA training, and I am seeking a full-time interpreter/translator role with a path to become a linguist; I can obtain security clearance.
