Owns a broad People & Culture remit for a c.100-person travel business, partnering with senior leaders and managers across employee relations, performance, policy, contracts, People operations and organisational change. Coaches and advises managers on sensitive ER, performance and workplace-adjustment matters, balancing UK employment law, business needs and employee experience.

Acted as strategic HR Business Partner for commercial functions across the UK, Europe, US and Asia, partnering with senior leaders through growth, restructuring and organisational change. Advised on complex employee relations, performance, talent strategy, workforce planning and employment-law compliance.

Managed and coached a team of four People Operations Partners, building capability and supporting consistent operational delivery. Implemented Personio and HiBob and helped establish a scalable performance-management framework covering goal setting, reviews and employee development.

Helped build the HR function and infrastructure from the ground up, establishing scalable processes, policies and HR systems. Led hands-on employee lifecycle support including onboarding, retention, performance management and international payroll processes.
