At Critical TechWorks, I manage four technical recruitment processes simultaneously and have hired 20 professionals since joining. I lead hiring from sourcing through offer stage, including screening, stakeholder alignment and interview coordination.

Previously at Mindera, I managed full-cycle recruitment for technical profiles across international markets. I partnered with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, sourced through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and conducted technical and behavioural screening interviews for engineering-related roles.

I've also contributed to employer branding, conferences and recruitment events while building talent pipelines for engineering and product-related positions.

My earlier customer and administrative support work with Médis and NOS strengthened my communication, client management and problem-solving skills. I bring a candidate-focused approach to fast-paced international tech hiring.
