I’m a retail supervisor who focuses on results—leading my team to deliver excellent customer service while improving sales performance and operational efficiency.

In my current role, I manage a team of retail associates and provide guidance to keep service strong. I also implement new sales strategies that increase monthly revenue, and I develop and execute training programs for new hires to strengthen product knowledge and sales outcomes.

I’m hands-on with day-to-day operations: I monitor inventory levels, apply effective stock management techniques, and reduce out-of-stock situations. I conduct regular performance evaluations to offer constructive feedback and support growth, and I optimize staffing schedules based on foot traffic to reduce labor costs.

Before and alongside supervision, I’ve worked as a retail associate and stocking team member—handling customer transactions through the point-of-sale system, restocking and organizing the sales floor, receiving shipments, and performing regular stock checks. I bring a strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and a continuous-improvement approach to every shift.
