I’m looking to lead end-to-end product delivery in enterprise environments—blending strategy, Agile execution, stakeholder alignment, experimentation, and data—to launch and continuously optimize user-centric digital platforms.

I’m a product-focused professional with 9+ years’ experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products across LMS, ERP, CRM, SaaS, Apps, and HRIS. I take ownership from strategy through Agile execution—leading requirements, backlog, and stakeholder alignment to drive user-centric launches and measurable optimization.

In my current role, I lead business readiness and change management for a nationwide customer app replatforming, de-risking go-live by working directly with depots and frontline teams. Previously, I’ve led end-to-end transformation programs at Volkswagen Group UK (including an LMS upgrade with structured roadmaps and prioritised requirements, and a Benefits Portal revamp delivered in 3–4 months), supported GxP/FDA-aligned product work for Fortune 500 pharma clients, and managed ecommerce delivery focused on conversion and reliability.
