I’m a bilingual and adaptable healthcare professional with certification in Medical Coding and Billing and hands-on experience in both clinical and administrative healthcare settings. I bring a strong focus on delivering quality patient care and support, backed by my fast-learning mindset and proven multitasking abilities.

In my role as a Telemonitoring Specialist (Vamos Home Health), I monitor patients’ vital data via remote software and follow up with phone calls to ensure their well-being. When I identify abnormal readings, I escalate concerns and maintain accurate patient communication logs while complying with healthcare protocols.

Before that, I worked as a Front Desk Assistant at Gigglesville Pediatric Dentistry, where I welcomed patients and prepared/organized charts to support smooth intake. I also completed pre-authorizations for pediatric surgeries, coordinated scheduling, and verified insurance coverage while keeping patient information accurate in the system.

I completed my Medical Coding and Billing certification through the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) in 2019. I’m especially skilled in telemonitoring, insurance verification, and front desk operations, and I’m ready to bring that mix of care and accuracy to a new team.
